I’ve seen a quote (and saved it in my files) thats very similar to this one – it said something like, “True love is giving someone the ability to hurt you, but trusting that they won’t.” or something like that lol
either way – I always thought it signified what love really meant for me… and it still does (a LARGE reason why trust is so important to me). This version might even be better.
